Marker’s Quarter Block C

As part of the Makers Quarter Master Plan, the existing warehouse at Block C is to be re-imagined as an innovative workspace that integrates nature and daylight with various scales of space and a spectrum of work activities. Site features include a skate ramp, cafe dining/ coffee bar, hammocks, monolithic stairs for seating during presentations and performances, and a variety of plant material both inside and out to demonstrate a commitment to biophilic design principles.
