Houzz Regional Office Roof Amenities

In an effort to provide an exterior roof deck space for the high profile tenant Houzz, a design was created that not only provides space for entertaining, but employee relaxation and meetings. A large roof meadow can be viewed from multiple perspectives (above, inside, and outside). Pathways allow for meandering and a partially shaded seating area provides space for gatherings both large and small. The plant species were studied at various elevations and selected based on their ability to attract pollinators as well as survive in the harsh conditions associated with 6th floor exposures.
