530 B Roofdeck Improvement
An underutilized amenity deck was re-imaged as an entertaining and breakout space for building tenants on the 3rd story podium. Special challenges included preserving the locations of the existing tree planters (originally designed in the 1960’s plan) and screening adjacent office conference rooms for privacy without sacrificing natural lighting. Before and after photos capture the juxtaposition between the previous space and the designed improvements.
