Mission Federal Bank Headquarters

As part of a TI package associated with updating 3 buildings located on the property an “employee park” was created where a parking lot once divided buildings A & B.  The parking lot was re-striped and the spaces lost to the park design were relocated in a more efficient design scheme.  The employee park provides areas for meetings, events, and individual contemplation.  It also provides a safe and direct pedestrian route between buildings A & B (a frequently traveled path).  In addition to the park, an exterior workout area was added to building B to take advantage of the wonderful San Diego climate.
